NIVEA Soft Light Moisturizing Cream Chilled Mint review

Nivea tubs have always caught my attention.
Cute and reusable, the tubs come in handy while travelling you know. So naturally when they launch anything new it catches my attention.
Nivea launched 3 new variants of their popular Soft Creme Moisturizer a while ago. They say its limited edition, but they are there everywhere, even now. So not sure on that lol. However, I have picked one named Chilled Mint and lets get onto the review of it.
What The Brand Claims: Enriched with Jojoba Oil and Vitamin E, Nivea Soft is a non-greasy moisturizing cream that refreshes your skin, making it smooth, soft, supple and healthy. The light texture and fast-absorbing formula make it spread easily on your skin with just one application.
Ingredients: Aqua, Glycerin, Paraffinum Liquidum, Myristyl Alcohol, Butylene Glycol, Alcohol Denat. (3.00% [v/v]), Stearic Acid, Myristyl Myristate, Cera Microcristallina, Glyceryl Stearate, Hydrogenated Coco-Glycerides, Simmondsia Chinensis Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate, Lanolin Alcohol (Eucerit), Polyglyceryl-2 Caprate, Dimethicone, Sodium Hydroxide, Carbomer, Phenoxyethanol, Benzyl Alcohol, Benzyl Salicylate, Linalool, Geraniol, Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone, Citronellol, Limonene, Perfume
My review on the Nivea Creme Moisturizer:
The moisturizer is housed in a tub packaging and is white and green in color. Very minty packaging. There was a foil to cover the product which needs to be removed, so you know the product is safe. The tub has all the details on it.
The product is very light to touch and to feel. No oily feeling no heaviness. The scent is very refreshing, smells like a fresh lemon juice you’ll have at your favorite cafe. Just a white creamy product, that spreads on the face very easily and gets absorbed in skin in no time. The sole purpose of this cream is to hydrate so you cant expect any coverage from this.The skin after the application feels hydrated and soft to touch.
Being a oily skinned person, it feels tad bit heavy when its humid out, but it beautifully hydrates the skin when the temperature goes bit down. Definitely a treat for the dry skin girls.
The product comes in 3 sizes and I have the smallest one. Good thing to try out before you bring the whole massive tub home, only to find out that the you hate the product. Happens all the time doesn’t it.
Contains quite a lot of chemicals as well as alcohol. So if you are very specific about the ingredients part do check the list thoroughly before buying.
It has never broken out skin, dint cause any irritation despite having perfume..Nada. It has indeed worked beautifully on the skin.
Do I Recommend NIVEA Soft Light Moisturizing Cream Chilled Mint ? I do if the product texture, the way it works and hydrates the skin is right up your alley. I don’ if you are ingredient’s specific. As for me, I want to try the Pineapple variant next.
