This Loreal Jelly thing has been in my wishlist forever, along with it’s icy cool gel and a serum. I don’t know I never really bought them despite it’s affordable price tag though managed to say ” oooo” every time I was in Loreal counter =)) Giving SA’s almost hope that I will buy them haha.
I have been using this since 6 weeks and here is the review of the L’Oreal Hydrafresh Hydration + Antiox Active Night Mask-In Jelly.

My experience with L’Oreal Hydrafresh Hydration:

As mentioned in the name of the product is in the Jelly form. In tub it looks light pink lavender but when you pick it up in the fingers its pale pink or something. It spreads easily on the face and little goes a long way. Just massage it and it sinks in skin in no minute. Just like they claimed it does not feel sticky or oily. However if you take a bit more product, it feels tad bit sticky for 3-4 minutes before sinking into the skin. The Jelly has a pleasant mild fragrance to it. Also I have heard some SA’s saying that it is gel mask which gets peeled off and all sort of thing. Its just gimmick that’s all. Once massaged on the skin it’s invisible and gets washed off easily in the morning.

Whatever the claims might be, my understanding was this can be used as a night leave in mask/cream. And it works wonderfully like that on me. So what exactly does it do? It adds a glow, it hydrates the skin very well, and it makes the skin soft when you wake up. And it started working from the first day itself. The softness of the skin continues through the day and even when I skipped this for a day. However the moisturization and hydration it gives during the night when the mask is on, goes off once the you wash of the face. This manages to removes the dullness, tiredness of the skin which I manage to gain at the end of the Friday =)) it has never broke me out or caused any irritation to the skin.

As for the packaging it’s just a square shaped pink glass tub which is transparent. And has a beautiful metallic pink cap. Though simple the color coordination, the prints, the cap, the whole theme makes it look like luxe.

That being said glass tub is bulky and not a travel friendly stuff. Also, my oily skin likes this means it wont be enough for dry skin. Also it’s for moiturization and hydration purpose only, not to lighten the blemishes. I use serums to removes the pimple marks, I mean that works best for me, so I happy with the work of this jelly.

L’Oreal Hydrafresh Hydration + Antiox Active Night Mask-In Jelly is one of kind product in the market. It is affordable, you can get it at discounted price and it will last a long time. It makes a skin soft and gives moiturization to the skin. It repairs the dull and tired skin too but it just not for blemishes or marks.
If you don’t care about long list of ingredients, the alcohol & dimethicone, have oily skin and your main concern is moisturized soft supple skin do try this. Its unique its pretty lol
As for me I want to try other products in this range and might go for this again in the future 🙂
