You know what, there is one more thing which influenced me recently. The girls at my workplace. You know how they say bloggers are influencer and all that. Actually good products don’t need anybody praising them. I bought this after I saw one or the other shades from this range in many girls hands, specially this shade on my spunky awesomesause colleague ( Partner in crime lol ). I needed a Pinky Red ( Lame excuse ) and this Maybelline Color Show Big Apple Red Creamy Matte Lipstick Pink My Red fit the bill perfectly.

My Experience with Maybelline Color Show Big Apple Red Creamy Matte Lipstick Pink My Red:

Packaging/Texture/Pigmentation: The packaging is similar to the Colorshow lipsticks which were introduced earlier. Black matte plastic packaging with the red ring, to show which color family they belong. The color name is at the bottom. Nothing unique really. The texture as the name suggests is creamy in nature, glides like butter on lips. It comes with the Great pigmentation as well with the cough syrup scent. Depends on your nose how it takes it 😛

Shade and Performance : Maybelline Color Show Big Apple Red Creamy Matte Lipstick Pink My Red is a pinky Red. It is bit different Pink red than the shade I have owned before. It has some Rosy Pink tones to it which brightens up the face instantly. The finish it velvety matte, which you can blot and get that Perfect matte. Once set it stays 5 + hours and fades after the lunch. It leaves a Pink tint behind which stains lips for a while. Having matte in name, exfoliation is required.
