Product Description by Batiste: Batiste Dry Shampoo Fruity and Cheeky Cherry banishes oily roots, giving dull, lifeless hair the makeover it needs without any water. A quick burst revitalises hair, adds body and texture and leaves it feeling clean and fresh too.

After not much good experience with BBlunt Dry Shampoo experience, I almost gave up on dry shampoo. But then when Batiste entered the Indian market I wanted to give one of these a try. So during the Nykaa sale ( Here we go again =)) ) I got Batiste Dry Shampoo Fruity and Cheeky Cherry to try at 25% off.

Review : The Batiste Dry Shampoo comes in a Bottle which has nozzle spray to dispense the product out. The bottle and the cap is sturdy. The bottle has heart shaped cherry on the Mint background. Cutie ^-^ . You can carry this in the bag any where you go.

Directions says to shake the bottle vigorously, keep it 30 cm away from hair. spray to the roots, massage it and brush it. And that’s what exactly I do. Right after I have sprayed the dry shampoo on the root, it leaves a white/grey layer on the hair. All I have to do is massage it or use a hair brush and that layer vanishes in no time. Once all that is done, the dry shampoo absorbs the oil from the roots, gives a cooling sensation to scalp and gives me fresh hair with bouncy volume ( Whatever that means =)) ) And it has this lovely cherry fruity scent to it, which is faint, which lingers for a while. It doesnot make the hair stiff.

It turns my flat oily crown area to bouncy hair, 3 day normal hair to washed bouncy hair. Also I noticed that if I have used this in the morning and when I workout in the evening after the workout the hair doesn’t go flat.

I am one of those who exercises regularly be it in home or gym so the messy bun/messy hair/ oily hair is kind of my thing. I really don’t have any other way, as I can’t shampoo my hair daily nor I want to. But after using Batiste Dry Shampoo , my view on dry shampoo has changed. It’s indeed Miracle !!!

Packaging : Cute/Sturdy/practical, Lovely cherry scent, Gives fresh bouncy hair with volume post usage,

Cons:
Nothing really.

Last words:
My main concern is the crown area, if it is oily and flat I don’t really like it and this solves that problem wonderfully.Now this is not a solution to hair wash, so dont keep using this for weeks long or every day. But its solution to those oily crown area on the second day or when you don’t have time to wash the hair. I am going to get a back up of this soon. Totally recommend.
